Associate Attorney – Employee Benefits & Executive CompensationPosition OverviewA Corporate Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation is sought to support a sophisticated corporate services practice. This role involves advising on complex benefit and compensation matters within transactional and corporate contexts, including mergers and acquisitions.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include reviewing employee benefit and executive compensation plans in M&A transactions; assisting with the design, implementation, and ongoing advising of benefit and compensation programs; drafting and reviewing complex corporate and transactional documents; managing multiple matters independently while collaborating closely with senior attorneys; supporting business development efforts; and maintaining high ethical and professional standards.QualificationsCandidates must hold a JD and an active bar license in good standing, with at least 4 years of relevant law firm experience.
