    Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for its Employment Law Group in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of litigation experience, including drafting motions, conducting discovery, and performing legal research. While employment law experience with a defense firm is advantageous, candidates with strong litigation backgrounds in other areas will be considered. The candidate should demonstrate strong academic performance, a client-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.Duties Litigate single-plaintiff and class/representative actions.Handle agency charges.Provide advice and training to clients.Participate in continuing legal education (CLE) training.Enhance client relationships through marketing and business development.Requirements Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the California bar.3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law.Strong written communication and analytical skills.Excellent courtroom demeanor.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Willingness to accept constructive feedback.Excellent team player.Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications Active California Bar membership.Skills Strong academic background.Client service mindset.Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.Benefits Opportunities for professional development and training.Engagement in marketing and business development activities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
