This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow their legal expertise while contributing to the success of a well-respected firm.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with skilled and experienced attorneys to represent clients in employment litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trialDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documentsParticipate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrationsCollaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trialsProvide clients with clear, strategic advice on employment law mattersQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the California State Bar4-10+ years of experience in employment litigation or relevant legal experienceExceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skillsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $140,000-$210,000+, commensurate with experienceWe also offer bonus opportunities, generous benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) with company match, and a great work atmosphere.
