You do not need prior labor & employment experience. You just need an interest in litigation and the ability to learn quickly. The Role
This is a true entry-level associate role for a recently barred California attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience early. You will be trained, supported, and given real responsibility. What You'll Do
Support active civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial prep
Learn wage & hour, PAGA, and employment defense work on the job
Work closely with senior attorneys and partners
What They're Looking For
JD from an accredited law school
California Bar (recent pass encouraged)
Interest in civil litigation (practice area flexible)
Strong writing, organization, and follow-through
Local to Rocklin / Roseville (within ~15-20 miles)
