HumanHire is partnered with a top national Mid-Size Firm to find a Litigation Associate to join their growing team in San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to represent retailers, manufacturers, distributors, and commercial entities in a wide range of complex litigation and regulatory matters involving environmental compliance, commercial disputes, product-related claims, and operational risk management.
We Offer: - Pay: $180-220K Base Salary plus Bonus

Responsibilities: - Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution in state and federal courts
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements
- Conduct legal research and analyze issues involving environmental regulations, commercial liability, and retail operations
- Handle depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
- Assist with environmental compliance investigations and regulatory responses
Qualifications: - 1+ years of Litigation Attorney experience
- Defense experience required (Retail Trade and/or Environmental experience preferred)
- Active California Bar Admission
