This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and senior attorneys on a broad range of complex commercial matters, serving businesses across various industries.The ideal candidate will contribute to a diverse transactional practice that includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing transactions, commercial contracting, government procurement matters, technology-related agreements, and intellectual property transactions.
