Location
Fully remote from anywhere in New Jersey, with flexibility to reside outside New Jersey as long as you can easily travel to courts throughout the state when needed.
Note:
Must have an active New Jersey Bar admission in good standing and at least 1+ year of directly relevant family law or civil litigation experience.

Job Description
- Manage your own family law, divorce, and civil litigation matters from strategy through resolution.
- Handle matters involving equitable distribution, custody, support, and post-judgment enforcement.
- Draft persuasive motions, certifications, settlement agreements, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Appear regularly in New Jersey trial and appellate courts and advocate for clients in substantive proceedings.
- Counsel clients directly regarding legal strategy, case posture, negotiations, and litigation risks.
- Develop case strategy and manage an active docket with significant independence.
- Collaborate with colleagues while maintaining ownership of assigned matters.
- Participate in sophisticated and potentially impactful litigation matters.
- Continue developing your litigation skills through meaningful courtroom exposure, mentorship, and professional development.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Bar admission in good standing.
- 1+ year of family law or civil litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience handling matters with meaningful responsibility and client interaction.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, organization, responsiveness, and professional judgment.
- Family law experience is strongly welcomed, but skilled civil litigators are encouraged to apply.
