We are seeking an associate attorney for our growing insurance defense/personal injury firm located on the North Shore of Long Island (Glen Head). The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience handling cases involving premises liability; Labor Law claims; automobile liability; and dog bite litigation, from inception to judgment. Trial experience is not required but is a plus.

Salary Range:
$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 Commensurate with Experience


Responsibilities include:

• Significant client contact from beginning to end
• Frequent and timely reporting to clients and insurance carriers
• Drafting pleadings, responding to discovery demands, review and analysis of medical records
• Conducting and representing clients at depositions
• Court appearances in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and all NYC courts 
• Preparing and responding to relevant motions

Please note that for the right candidate, there is the ability to work remotely from home on an as needed basis.
