Associate Attorney

Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site association attorney position at our FortLee and Hackensack NewJersey offices.You will be responsible for preparing cases from inception through trial with assistance from the firm partners and for managing your trial team, including at least one paralegal and one administrative assistant.The salary is commensurate with courtroom experience, and the benefits package is valued at an additional $50,000 over the annual salary. The firm pays all bar memberships and continuing legal education, including programs outside NewJersey.QualificationsExpertise in plaintiff personal injury litigation; excellent command of NewJersey and NewYork court rules and rules of evidence.Three to five years of experience in personal injury litigation.Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is a plus.JurisDoctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and license to practice law in NewJersey and Federal courts (NewYork admission is a plus).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a trial/litigation team.Leadership potential with a career trajectory toward partnership.Experience managing a trial team and allied support staff.#J-18808-Ljbffr
