This is an outstanding opportunity for attorneys who thrive in dynamic, mission-driven environments and want to make a direct impact serving governmental clients.About the Role You'll join a collaborative team of fifteen attorneys and paralegals focused on representing governmental entities in the collection of delinquent government receivables, especially property tax matters. The work is high-volume and fast-paced, but well-supported by experienced leadership and a collegial culture.What You'll Do Handle a range of civil litigation matters, including motion hearings, bench trials, depositions, discovery, and appellate workReview properties set for monthly foreclosure salesRespond to motions filed by opposing counsel or defendantsWork closely with the firm's Administrative Attorney and Litigation Partners for mentorship, direction, and professional developmentWho We're Looking For At least 5 years of general civil litigation experience (municipal or county prosecutor experience will also be considered)Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseloadA collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering excellent client serviceWhy This Firm?
