Our clients trust us during some of the most stressful moments of their lives — and we take that responsibility seriously.We are expanding and looking for a motivated Associate Attorney who wants real responsibility, real courtroom experience, and real growth.The RoleThis is a full‑time, on‑site Associate Attorney position based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.You will:Meet directly with clients and provide legal adviceDraft petitions, motions, objections, and pleadingsAppear at hearings in Bankruptcy CourtHandle motions to extend stay, confirmation hearings, and adversary mattersCommunicate with trustees and opposing counselAssist with Chapter 11 Subchapter V mattersDevelop negotiation strategies with creditorsCollaborate closely with our partners and legal teamThis is not a back‑office drafting position.
