Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Civil Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to manage and litigate cases from inception through trial in both state and federal court. The right candidate will be organized, efficient, and confident in a fast-paced environment.
You will be supported by approximately one full-time legal secretary/paralegal to help streamline case handling and maximize productivity.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and file complaints
- Prepare and respond to pleadings
- Conduct and manage discovery
- Attend hearings, depositions, and court appearances
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients
- Handle cases from intake through trial or resolution

Experience
- 5+ years litigation experience required

- Approximately 95% PI litigation caseload; 5% general civil litigation
Compensation: Salary + Bonus Structure Available
