Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Assisting in the preparation of cases for trial and attending court proceedings.
• Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Maintaining communication with clients and providing updates on case progress.
• Reviewing and analyzing legal documents and contracts.
• Participating in negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Staying current with developments in the law and updating legal knowledge.
• Managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Working with a team to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients under the supervision of senior attorneys.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Prior experience in a legal setting is preferred but not required.
