Job Details

What You'll Do
Handle Personal Injury cases end-to-end, pre-lit through trial and resolution
Evaluate claims, shape case strategy, and guide clients throughout the process
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, demands, and correspondence
Build strong evidentiary records across medical, insurance, and liability issues
Use modern legal tech and AI tools to sharpen analysis and improve outcomes
Negotiate with carriers and opposing counsel to maximize recovery
Appear at depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial as needed
Keep case management systems current and accurate
Lead and work alongside paralegals, case managers, and support staff

What We're Looking For
J.D. from an accredited law school; active Georgia Bar license required
2+ years managing personal injury cases independently
Track record of running cases and delivering results without hand-holding
Strong litigation, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
Comfortable in a tech-forward environment, legal software, AI tools, etc.
Organized, deadline-driven, able to juggle a full docket
Self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems proactively
