Associate Attorney

Cersonsky & McAnelly, P.C. is looking for an associate attorney to join its Houston-based boutique commercial and business litigation practice. The firm represents individuals, government and corporate entities in collections and business disputes.

Individuals with litigation experience who would like a small firm practice are encouraged to apply.

Candidate requirements:

· Law school rank in the top 50% of the class

· Advocacy course work, Moot Court or Mock Trial experience, or other courtroom advocacy experience

· Ability to think critically

· Detail oriented

· At least 1-2 years of experience

· Spanish language fluency preferred

Prior experience in collections, banking, or commercial litigation is not necessary, but preferred.
