You'll handle court appearances and motion practice, draft pleadings, manage written discovery, and take and defend depositions. You'll also take part in mediations and settlement negotiations, support trial preparation, and act as a key point of contact for clients. • 2+ years of civil defense litigation experience, with 2 to 4 years being the ideal range
• Hands-on experience with court appearances, motion practice, and taking and defending depositions
• Experience drafting pleadings, managing written discovery, and negotiating at mediations and settlement conferences
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills, with a client-focused approach
• A stable work history and current authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Active member in good standing of the California State Bar
