An established IP boutique law firm in Dallas is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least three years of intellectual property litigation experience to join our growing practice. This position offers substantial hands-on litigation experience, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to take ownership of cases while working alongside experienced IP attorneys.ResponsibilitiesManage and support federal litigation matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and related intellectual property disputesDraft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation filingsConduct legal research and prepare memorandaParticipate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparationCommunicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courtsAssist with case strategy and litigation managementQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school (required)Licensed and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar (required), TX or CA is preferred.Minimum 3 years of patent litigation experience (required)USPTO registration or eligibility to sit for the Patent Bar (required)Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skillsAbility to independently manage assignments and deadlinesTechnical background in engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
