That standard begins with our people.The RoleWe are looking for a candidate to join our expanding Family Law team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling a variety of family law matters.What you'll Be DoingManage a caseload with file responsibility for various family law cases.Represent clients at court hearings and proceedings.Prepare and draft legal documents, including judicial counsel forms.Utilize practice management software for efficient case management.Conduct legal research and analysis on family law issues.Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases.Maintain professionalism and excellent client communication throughout cases.What We're Looking forYou are admitted to and in good standing with the CA State Bar.You have 0-3 years of experience as an attorney practicing family law, focusing on the specified areas.Strong understanding of California family law statues and procedures.Proven ability to handle a diverse caseload independentlyYou have excellent organization and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Strong experience with electronic filing systems and practice management software.Why Join UsThe firm is in an exciting growth phase, offering opportunities to expand your role and impactWork‑life balance is a core firm valueSupportive, collaborative team environmentCompensation commensurate with experienceTools You'll UseMyCase (CRM/case management)Work Schedule and CompensationFull-Time, Monday through Friday (On-site in Irvine, remote on Wednesday after 90-day probation)$115,000 to $125,000 annual base salary, depending on experience401(k)Health insurancePaid time offAnnual Business Development Budget (includes payment for local bar association memberships)Referral fees and bonus incentive program#J-18808-Ljbffr
