Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney - Orange County

Job Description:
A boutique law firm in based in San Diego seeks a Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience in real estate litigation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling diverse real estate disputes and expertise in all litigation stages. This role is fully remote, however candidates must reside in the market of business development efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of real estate litigation: case assessment, pleadings, discovery, trial, settlement, and appeal
• Develop litigation strategies and negotiate dispute resolutions
• Conduct legal research and advise on real estate laws and transactions
• Draft and review litigation-related legal documents
• Build and manage client relationships, generate leads, and grow revenue

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership
• 5+ years of real estate litigation experience
• Existing book of business
• Strong analytical, communication, and drafting skills
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and prioritize effectively
• Remote work experience preferred
