Associate Attorney

About the Role -

A well-established Washington law firm is adding to their immigration team this summer and has asked us to help them find the right person. This firm serves a broad client base across a range of immigration matters — and takes training seriously. If you are newer to immigration practice, that is not a disqualifier here. The managing attorney works closely alongside every associate they hire and expects to put in the time to get you where you need to be.

The Work -

You will manage immigration cases across various matter types, prepare filings and petitions, stay current on regulatory developments, and build direct relationships with clients who are often navigating some of the most consequential moments of their lives. Attention to detail and genuine client care are non-negotiable.

The Right Fit -

• Licensed and active with the Washington State Bar
• 0–4 years of practice; immigration-specific experience is a plus, not a requirement
• Bilingual candidates — especially Spanish speakers — are strongly encouraged
• Someone who takes client relationships personally and communicates with clarity and empathy
• Highly organized with a low tolerance for letting things slip through the cracks
  

Compensation & Benefits -

• Fee participation structure in addition to base
• No billable hour requirements
• 9–5 schedule; hybrid eligible after initial ramp period
