We are an established New York City real estate law firm representing prominent landlords, property owners, developers, and management companies throughout the five boroughs. Our attorneys handle residential and commercial landlord-tenant litigation, appellate matters, leasing, condominium and cooperative disputes, and related real estate matters.
Our team combines sophisticated legal work with practical business guidance for clients navigating New York’s highly regulated real estate market. We are looking for an associate who wants substantive responsibility, direct courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to develop quickly within a busy and highly regarded practice.

Job Details
Active admission to the New York Bar
Approximately 3–4 years of landlord-tenant, real estate, or related litigation experience
Represent landlords, property owners, developers, and management companies in residential and commercial disputes
Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, stipulations, agreements, and other substantive legal documents
Appear in Housing Court and assist with matters pending in New York Supreme Court
Strong legal research, analysis, and persuasive writing skills
Manage an active caseload while meeting court, client, and billable deadlines
Fully in-office position in Lower Manhattan
