Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Location: This is a hybrid role based in Las Vegas, Nevada, offering a strong balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Nevada and in good standing. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of litigation, tort, commercial litigation, or insurance defense experience.

Job Description

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, general liability, commercial litigation, and tort claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and case-related correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and develop clear, practical litigation strategies.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, experts, and court personnel.
• Manage case deadlines, discovery obligations, and litigation calendars.
• Work closely with senior attorneys while developing greater independence and case ownership.
• Help deliver aggressive, cost-efficient representation with a strong focus on client service.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Nevada Bar license in good standing.
• 1+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance defense, tort litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury, premises liability, or general liability matters is a plus.
• Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, stay organized, and handle a litigation caseload in a professional environment.
• Writing sample required.
