    Our law firm is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. We offer a competitive salary, guaranteed bonuses, and an excellent benefits package, including paid vacation, health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth.As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will work alongside a Board-Certified Personal Injury Specialist dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation to injured clients. You will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial, advocating for clients and helping them achieve the best possible outcomes.Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and other negligence claims.Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, medical providers, and experts.Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal writing.Prepare and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.Represent clients at court hearings, case management conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit organization, and trial strategy.Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters, defense counsel, and opposing parties.Review medical records, evaluate liability and damages, and develop case strategies.Maintain regular communication with clients, providing case updates and legal guidance throughout the litigation process.Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active license and good standing with the applicable State Bar.Experience handling personal injury litigation from case inception through resolution preferred.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize a busy caseload.Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Outstanding interpersonal and client communication abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
