Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Nevada and in good standing. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of litigation, tort, commercial litigation, or insurance defense experience.

Job Description
- Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, general liability, commercial litigation, and tort claims.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and case-related correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and develop clear, practical litigation strategies.
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, experts, and court personnel.
- Manage case deadlines, discovery obligations, and litigation calendars.
- Work closely with senior attorneys while developing greater independence and case ownership.
- Help deliver aggressive, cost-efficient representation with a strong focus on client service.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Nevada Bar license in good standing.
- 1+ years of litigation experience preferred.
- Experience with insurance defense, tort litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury, premises liability, or general liability matters is a plus.
- Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, stay organized, and handle a litigation caseload in a professional environment.
- Writing sample required.
