The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling cases from inception to conclusion. This includes conducting legal research, advising clients on their legal options, drafting legal documents, independently managing discovery, negotiating settlements, and litigating cases in court. The individual will collaborate closely with clients to represent their best interests and contribute to the firm's goal of achieving justice for those harmed by negligence.
