Scion Legal Staffing is partnering with a growing business law firm to identify an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join its expanding team in Denver, CO.

This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated litigation matters, contribute meaningfully to case strategy, and grow within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with strong case flow, direct client access, and clear advancement potential. Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and advance an active litigation caseload
  • Draft, review, and finalize motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal correspondence
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Support trial preparation and overall case strategy
  • Provide practical legal analysis and strategic guidance to clients
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal team members regarding case status, deadlines, and next steps
  • Maintain organized case files and consistently meet litigation deadlines

Qualifications

  • Previous litigation experience
  • Active Colorado bar license required
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, dependable, and proactive approach to case management
  • Experience with commercial, construction, or real estate litigation is a plus
