    Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney for its Litigation Practice Area in Worcester, MA. The Associate will support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from inception through discovery and trial. This full‑time role offers a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days in the office.Duties Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence with accuracy.Assist in all phases of litigation, including arguing and defending motions.Prepare, review, and analyze discovery productions.Handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations.Communicate with clients and provide legal advice and status updates.Research case law, statutes, and regulations impacting clients.Assist in trial preparation and manage a litigation caseload.Requirements 4-8 years of experience in commercial litigation.Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts; additional state Bar admissions are a plus.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.Time management and multitasking abilities.Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school.Certifications Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.Skills Strong organizational and communication skills.Attention to detail and proofreading.Time management and multitasking.Research, writing, and verbal communication.Benefits Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.Paid time off.Opportunities for professional development and advancement.Supportive and collaborative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
