Job Details

J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
2 plus years of civil litigation experience, ideally in professional liability, insurance defense, business litigation, or related commercial disputes
Strong background in pleadings, discovery, law and motion practice, and trial preparation
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Experience with insurance coverage or bad faith matters is a plus
Comfort managing a caseload independently while collaborating with senior attorneys
Strong academic credentials
Based in or willing to work from the Encino office
