Our focus is construction litigation, including mechanic's lien enforcement. We pride ourselves on providing clients with the type of work clients would expect from a larger firm.

What you'll do:

\n

Draft pleadings and dispositive motions

\n

Manage discovery and take/defend depositions

\n

Appear in New York State and Federal Court, including trials

\n

Work directly on active construction, commercial, and real estate litigation

\n

\n
