Associate Attorney
Duties:
Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
Assist with case management and preparation for litigation
Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions
Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases
Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
Experience with legal drafting, including pleadings and contracts
Knowledge of litigation procedures and courtroom etiquette
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience 5-8 years litigation experience minimum
Spanish Speaking, Bilingual a plus
