Job OverviewWe are seeking an associate attorney with 2–3+ years of litigation experience who can take ownership of cases and contribute meaningfully with minimal ramp‑up time. Personal injury experience is preferred. This is not an entry‑level role; we need an attorney who can step in, take ownership, and operate independently in a hands‑on environment. You will work on both plaintiff and defense matters and will work directly with the managing attorney in a small firm setting. This is a full‑time position, 5 days a week, and an in‑person job at the Kew Gardens, Queens office.CompensationBase salary $100,000–$130,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance‑based incentives tied to settled cases, case outcomes and overall contribution.
