    HYBRID | FULL-TIME

    We are recruiting for an Associate Attorney for our client, a well-established law firm based in Roseland, NJ, serving both government and private sector clients. The firm specializes in public finance, redevelopment, land use, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. With a strong reputation in municipal law, they offer attorneys the opportunity to work on high-level cases in a collaborative and supportive environment.

    The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and an interest in municipal and government-related matters. The salary range for the position is $115,000 - $150,000 per year DOE.

    Responsibilities of the Associate Attorney position:

    • Drafting legal documents, including resolutions and contracts.
    • Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda.
    • Attending meetings and providing legal guidance to clients.
    • Assisting with various government and public sector legal matters.

    Requirements for the Associate Attorney position:

    • Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (required).
    • 1+ year of legal experience.
    • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
