Ideal Candidate-

• 2+ years civil litigation experience

• • Experience with landlord tenant, real estate, business or insurance defense an added plus

  • Will also consider civil litigation attorneys interested in transitioning into practice area

• JD- ABA Accredited law school

• CA licensure in good standing

• Ability to respond to discovery, draft motions, appearances in court, taking and defending depositions

• Work independently and as a team

• Demonstrated research and writing skills
