We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual who has a passion for law and a deep understanding of construction law, legal documents, and legal research. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in a similar role. This is a hands-on role where you will be required to work on various aspects of law, including but not limited to, construction law. This role will require you to work closely with our team of experienced attorneys and other legal professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance related to construction law.
2. Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret various types of legal documents including contracts, agreements, and policies.
3. Conduct extensive legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
4. Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
5. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case preparation and trial strategy.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends that may affect the company.
7. Provide training and guidance to other team members on legal matters.
8. Maintain the highest level of professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school is required.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in a similar role.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in construction law.
4. Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and interpreting legal documents.
5. Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
6. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
