Associate Attorney

What you will do:

• Manage cases, prepare discovery, file motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures and negotiate settlements under the supervision of a supervising attorney
• Communicate with assigned clients at least every 30 days
• Build up to handling a full caseload, which includes working the files from start to finish, making appearances, learning to conduct depositions, coming up with plan of actions, and ensuring files move towards resolution.

Our ideal candidate:

• At least 2 years of experience handling Workers’ Compensation cases
• Preferred at least 3-5 years of experience handling Workers' Compensation cases
• Related insurance claims experience is a plus
• Civil litigation experience is a plus

• Range: $105,000.00 - $220,000.00
• Commensurate with experience
