This position carries a competitive pay structure.Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research using various resources, including Westlaw, to gather relevant information and support the preparation of legal documents and pleadings.Assist in the investigation, negotiation and settlements, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.Litigate cases in state and federal courts, demonstrating a keen understanding of the legal process and a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.Collaborate with colleagues to analyze complex legal issues and develop creative and effective solutions.Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that our firm is well-equipped to handle the latest legal developments.Qualifications A Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.A current license to practice law in Florida.Proven experience in the legal profession, preferably as an associate attorney.
