Associate Attorney
Growing law firm seeking an Associate Attorney to support litigation and client representation across municipal law, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant matters, and general civil litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or newly admitted attorney to gain hands-on courtroom experience and develop a strong litigation foundation.
Key Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Conduct legal research and statutory analysis
Attend court appearances, hearings, and conferences
Assist with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Support case management and meet annual billing expectations
Handle traffic infractions, misdemeanors, and ordinance violation matters

Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to the New York State Bar
Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills
