Associate Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation

Location: Irvine, CA

Our client is seeking a 1-5yr Associate Attorney to work personal injury case matters. This role focuses on serious cases including general personal injury, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic claims.

What You’ll Do

• Review and oversee pleadings, motions, and legal filings
• Represent clients in complex personal injury matters
• Drive cases toward strong settlements and verdicts
• Manage and mentor a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff

What We’re Looking For

• Active member of the California State Bar
• 1+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Proven ability to manage cases and lead a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with strong judgment in complex situations

Compensation & Benefits
