You will be deeply involved in all stages of litigation, from initial case evaluation through trial preparation.Key ResponsibilitiesMotion Practice: Researching and drafting complex substantive motions, including Motions to Dismiss, Motions for Summary Judgment, and discovery‑related applications.Case Management: Managing a busy civil litigation docket, ensuring all deadlines are met and clients are consistently updated.Discovery: Overseeing the full discovery process, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and conducting/defending depositions.Court Appearances: Representing clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations and trials throughout Arizona.Skills: Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills are non‑negotiable.
