Job Overview An insurance defense firm is seeking attorneys who have recently received or will soon receive their Arizona Bar license, or have a forthcoming UBC admission or license. The role requires independence and self‑motivation, and new associates are trained in litigation with the tools needed for success.Compensation Annual pay consists of a base salary plus incentive. Base pay ranges from $78,500 to $110,000 depending on experience.Qualifications Currently licensed to practice law in Arizona with no bar complaints, or having passed the bar and awaiting admission (e.g., UBC or finalizing Character and Fitness).Experience in insurance defense, commercial trucking, bodily injury, discovery, and construction is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strategic thinking and a strong interest in litigation.Responsibilities Review new cases, perform legal research, draft pleadings and motions, propose discovery, and participate in trial under the supervision of one or more partners.Use Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Training & Development We train litigators, so strategic thinking and a significant interest in litigation are essential for success.#J-18808-Ljbffr
