Associate Attorney – Plaintiff Personal Injury

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Location

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, where you'll work closely with an experienced litigation team and gain valuable day-to-day courtroom exposure.

Note

To be considered, you must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Ohio Bar. Personal injury experience is strongly preferred, but we are happy to train a motivated attorney who is eager to build a career in plaintiff litigation.

Job Description

• Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
• Counsel clients throughout the litigation process.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
• Develop trial advocacy skills through hands-on litigation experience.
• Handle matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, and related personal injury claims.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Bar license in good standing.
• Personal injury experience strongly preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and case management abilities.
• Self-motivated with an ownership mentality.
• Desire to build courtroom and trial experience.
• Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment.
