    $90,000 - $140,000/year | Full-Time

    What you'll do:
    • Manage your own personal injury caseload
    • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
    • Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations
    • Appear in court and negotiate settlements
    • Work closely with clients, medical providers, experts, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel

    What we're looking for:
    • Active admission to practice law in New York
    • 2–3 years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff experience preferred)
    • Strong negotiation and case management skills
    • Courtroom and deposition experience is a plus
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
