We are looking for someone who enjoys litigation, values teamwork, and is committed to providing exceptional client service.ResponsibilitiesManage and assist with probate, trust, conservatorship, and related litigation mattersDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, petitions, and legal correspondencePropound and respond to written discoveryConduct legal research and prepare memorandaAppear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedingsPrepare for and participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and trialsConduct and defend depositionsWork closely with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategy and efficiently move matters toward resolutionMaintain regular communication with clients and provide high-quality client serviceWhy Join Our FirmThis is an excellent opportunity to build a meaningful career in a highly specialized and respected area of law.
