EOEResponsibilities include:·Working directly with lead trial counsel on catastrophic cases·Mentoring with senior partners who want you to advance and succeed in thepractice and business of law·Pleadings and discovery·Attending court conferences, hearings and trials·Taking and defending fact and expert depositions·Performing legal research and drafting motion and briefsThe ideal candidate will have:·Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills·3-5 years of litigation experience (at a law firm, for a government legal department, or clerking for a judge).
