Job DescriptionThe Raleigh, North Carolina office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Health Care and Professional Liability team to defend health care providers in civil litigation and provide representation before professional licensing boards.ResponsibilitiesDefend health care providers in civil litigation and represent them before professional licensing boards. Participate in case strategy and development, collaborate with a team of experienced litigators, and interact with and develop firm clients.QualificationsAt least 3+ years of civil litigation or similar medical malpractice/professional liability experience. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Must be an active member in good standing of the North Carolina Bar (Virginia Bar membership is a bonus).BenefitsSalary range: $130k–$150k depending on experience.
