What you will be doing:

• Engage in civil, construction defect, and business litigation.
• Utilize excellent writing and research skills.
• Work with clients throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Colorado, and Texas.
• Assist clients in navigating all phases of the risk management process.
• Contribute to the successful resolution of disputes.

Experience you will need:

• 5-10 years of experience in civil litigation and business/transactional law.
• Experience in construction defect and business litigation.
• Possession of excellent writing and research skills.
• Active bar license in Arizona.
