Salary range $80,000–$100,000 per year plus applicable bonus. This is a full‑time, full‑benefit position.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively and appropriately with team members and outside partiesDraft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc., to advance active litigation filesReview litigation case files and pleadings to determine appropriate actionAdvocate on behalf of the client's interests at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trialsUpdate and document the status of each account in the assigned inventory using internal proprietary softwareAnalyze and process litigation inventory reports and files to ensure proper workflowComply with all client and firm standard operating proceduresTravel to various courtrooms within the branch office footprint as requiredNegotiate settlements with consumers and their legal representatives to resolve disputes efficientlyEvaluate case merits, assess risk exposure, and provide strategic legal recommendationsMaintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and court proceduresPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsAdmitted to practice law and in good standing in North CarolinaStrong organizational and time‑management skillsProficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly motivated self‑starter and eager to learnAbility to manage and prioritize a large caseloadProficiency in written and spoken EnglishAbility to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent deviceMinimum 40‑hour flexible workweek scheduleAbility to read and comprehend position‑specific documents and correspondenceMinimum one year of litigation/trial experience (preferred)Working knowledge of civil procedure (preferred)Debt collection experience (preferred)Experience in a high‑volume environment (preferred)Physical RequirementsLift five pounds or greaterSit 90% of the workday at timesBend at the waist and be mobile when neededConcentrate and use critical thinkingCompensation & BenefitsBase salary range $80,000–$100,000 per year plus applicable bonus.
