New Gig Solutions is partnering with a well-established, mission-driven law firm that is looking to add a Nevada-licensed Associate Attorney to its growing remote team.

You'll manage a steady caseload while working alongside a collaborative team that is committed to helping individuals facing financial and consumer-related legal challenges.
What You'll Do
- Manage consumer advocacy and civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
- Communicate directly with clients, keeping them informed throughout their cases
- Negotiate with opposing counsel and work toward favorable resolutions
- Attend court appearances and hearings in Nevada as needed
What We're Looking For
- Active Nevada Bar license required
- 1+ years of attorney experience (all experience levels are encouraged to apply)
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

- Consumer law
- Civil litigation
- Debt defense or creditor disputes
- Bankruptcy
- Personal injury or other litigation backgrounds
