PurposeThe Associate is responsible for preparing legal documents and researching and analyzing statutes judicial decisions and codes. Recently admitted attorneys will be considered, with preference given to those with demonstrated experience in real estate, foreclosure, title, bankruptcy, mortgage servicing, title and general real estate litigation. Depending on experience level or ability to be trained, this role may provide opportunities to practice in litigation and/or transactional mortgage default work. This position is full time (either an in-office position or hybrid in-office/remote position).
