Job DescriptionTucker Ellis LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Mass Tort and Product Liability practice in our growing St. Louis office. This position offers a hybrid schedule and an opportunity to work alongside an award-winning trial team on complex, high‑stakes litigation.About the RoleDue to the continued growth of our practice, we are looking for an associate with 2-3 years of experience in mass torts or product liability litigation. In this role, you will gain hands‑on trial experience working with a nationally recognized trial team that has successfully defended Fortune 200 and 500 companies in some of the country's most challenging venues.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft motions, pleadings, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and analysis for case strategyTake and defend depositionsParticipate in all stages of trial preparation, including discovery, witness preparation, and courtroom advocacyAssist in developing case strategy and client counselingHandle court appearances and argue motions as neededCollaborate with partners and senior associates on complex litigation mattersQualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school2-3 years of experience in mass torts and/or product liability litigation preferredWilling to consider candidates with experience in other defense litigation practice areas within the 2–3-year rangeStrong written and oral advocacy skillsExperience drafting motions, taking and defending depositions, and handling discoveryTrial experience or interest in trial work is a plusAdmitted to practice in Missouri and IllinoisWhy Tucker Ellis?Our trial practice is nationally recognized for its success in defending complex litigation.
